BASF has appointed Francisco Fienga as head of its new cereal sales division at its Brazilian crop protection business. It has also appointed José Munhoz Felippe as head of the new specialist business division at the business. The appointments are the two main posts created as part of the recent restructuring at BASF’s Brazilian operations (see this issue). The company has also appointed a new director of marketing for its crop protection business, André Dias. Mr Dias has recently joined BASF, and had worked the previous five years managing global non-selective herbicide business for another company, gaining strong awareness of the Asian, European and Latin America markets.
