Idaho: Pocatello-based Frazier Industrial Company, has agreed to pay a $4,100 penalty to settle charges it violated the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act by failing to provide timely reports of its releases of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene. In addition, Formula Corp., of Auburn, Wash. and McClure Industries, of Portland, Ore. will pay $3,800 each for similar violations regarding glycol ethers and styrene, respectively.
