Animals in Sudan vaccinated against disease:

Around 10,000 animals have been vaccinated in Sudan to protect them against diseases such as smallpox and anthrax, says ReliefWeb, part of United Nations' Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. This is part of a livestock program organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross to vaccinate a total of 80,000 animals in Kmunga, Saga, and North Darfur by the end of this month. The program is being carried out with the North Darfur Department of Animal Resources and Fisheries.
