PEOPLE - NCBA elects new president and officers:
The US-based National Cattlemen's Beef Association (NCBA) has elected North Carolina cattleman John Queen its president for this year. He succeeds Missouri cattleman Mike John. The announcement was made during the Cattle Industry Annual Convention and Trade Show in Nashville, Tennessee. Other officers elected include Oklahoma cattle feeder Paul Hitch, president-elect; Arizona cattleman Andy Groseta, vice-president; former Illinois Beef Association president Steve Fogleong, policy division chairman; Montana rancher Bill Donald, policy division vice-chair; Michigan native Gary Voogt, chairman of the federation of state beef councils division; and Iowa cattleman Alan Albright, vice-chair of the federation division.
