Schering-Plough Animal Health (SPAH) 8% growth in quarter 3
Schering-Plough Animal Health (SPAH) has reported an 8% increase in the third quarter of 2007, with net sales reaching $248m. This is in spite of a decline in US sales growth. The company says that growth benefited from strong sales of its international swine, poultry, aquaculture, and companion animal products, and favorable foreign currency exchange rates. Sales for the first nine months of the year were $744m, a 10% increase compared with the same period in 2006.
